Title: Traditional Baked Beans

Yield: 6 Servings

1lbDried small white beans
4 1/2cWater
1/3cMolasses
1/4cBrown sugar
1 Onion, chopped
1/4lbSalt pork, in 1" cubes
1tbDijon mustard
1/2tsSalt

Combine all ingredients. Cover and cook on LOW 13-14 hours, stirring occasionally if possible.

For added nutrition, serve with rice or bread or cornbread.
